A Road to Recovery
A Road To Recovery is a “family based,” Port St. Lucie, drug and alcohol treatment program where clients experience and participate in a nurturing setting more like life on a college campus instead of an institutional environment. Clients participate each day in groups, meetings, individual counseling sessions and educational classes, held at our center offices and group facility. Evenings include staff supervised outings to various 12 Step meetings and other activities.
Our Location
We are located in Port St. Lucie, Florida, an ideal location to attend treatment because of our large recovery community. The biggest benefit of relocating for rehab is the prospect of a new beginning. Recovering addicts can begin the process of accepting change and surround themselves with sober supports. Port St. Lucie is located north of West Palm Beach.

Our mission is to provide the highest quality individualized drug and alcohol addiction treatment services available at a price affordable to the client. Our main focus is on helping to heal and rehabilitate each person in a personalized way, while focusing on each patient’s specific problems and needs in treatment. We believe in small group therapy as well as larger group therapy so all areas of recovery can be reached.
Pricing
With various levels of care, A Road to Recovery will structure a treatment plan that meets every client’s clinical and financial needs. The cost of the program depends on a variety of factors including level of care, and length of stay. Most insurances will cover all or a portion of the cost for treatment. In cases where the client may wish to private pay, the financial staff at A Road to Recovery meets with the client to design an affordable solution, based upon the recommendations derived from their clinical assessment.

Here at A Road to Recovery we always strive to achieve the best quality treatment for our patients. We believe in taking the family approach when dealing with our clients. Everyone employed here is involved in the process of tailoring our program to fit our patient’s needs. At A Road to Recovery we will help our clients at all costs. Compared to other centers, we provide more therapy sessions per week and the staff is always available. Our patients have access to all of our staff whenever they are at the main facility.

Our Services
Our treatment center in Port St. Lucie offers a wide range of treatment programs and services designed to fit each individual’s needs. Our relaxed environment has a focus on self-love, acceptance, and judgment free care. Our program was created to help addicts and alcoholics begin to recover. We offer inpatient rehab, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) as well as alumni and aftercare. These varied programs ensure that each person who comes to us has truly started on the road to recovery.
Inpatient Treatment
Inpatient treatment provides long-term stability for patients away from the distractions of day-to-day life. At our program in Port St. Lucie we provide 24 hour care where we teach our patients the tools to stay sober and prepare them for the transition back into daily life.
Outpatient Treatment
Outpatient treatment is often the next step after completion of our inpatient rehab, but it can also be the first stage of treatment for those who didn’t require 24-hour care. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6-9pm, the program’s primary focus is on relapse prevention, spirituality, resume building and job search while also allowing the freedom to work, go to school, and continue with outside life at home.
Choosing Outpatient or Inpatient
Inpatient treatment is a promising option for anyone trying to overcome addiction because they will be in a structured environment where they will learn all the tools to maintain long-term sobriety. Outpatient is also an option if they are unavailable to attend an inpatient treatment center. Outpatient will still teach them the same tools as inpatient, also allowing them to attend work and outside obligations.
Alumni and Aftercare
Alumni are a family of people who are in active recovery and have graduated from our rehab. Having a support system is an important part to staying sober, and with alumni and aftercare, our program stays with you for life.
